 I have just submitted the “questionnaire” that was forwarded to me some weeks ago regarding my experience with Century 21 and it’s agent(s). Needless to say, I had nothing but wonderful comments to make. If you read it, you would probably blush at my very positive responses. I do hope you will get a copy. The questionnaire came from your CEO and I can only hope he takes the time to read it. I would expect him to compliment you and your daughter. I would also like to compliment and thank you (and Stephanie) for the wonderful support, advice, patience and even the humor associated with the very complicated and at times frustrating purchase of my Bacon Farm townhouse. There were so many surprises along the way and you managed to get me through it all. It was your knowledge of the market, your knowledge of the competition, your sharp business skills and your compassion for the business and your client. As you well know, I was going through some very personally traumatic times and you managed to get me through a potentially disruptive period and helped me settle. I am now well underway of making my house a home. Again, thank you from the bottom of my heart for being there and facilitating the purchase of Bacon Farm. I just wanted to take a minute to express our sincere gratitude for the wonderful job Stephanie did in helping us purchase our new home.
